I started collecting in the 90s when Michael Jordan and the Bulls are at the pinnacle of their dominance.  It is not only his skills that captured my attention but also his mental toughness and the determination to overcome any challenges that differentiate him from the others.  I will always put him as the G.O.A.T with his 6 Final MVPs and 6 Championsihps, never lost on the big stage when game is on the line.

 

Kobe Bryant maybe the one closest to Jordan in term of will to success.  His work ethics and "Mamba Mentality" made him one of the greatest players of all time.  I watched the game when he torn his Achilles, the way he walked up to the foul line and shot those two free throws was legendary.  His contribution on and off the court will be remembered forever by all the fans around the world.  RIP Black Mamba.

 

Lebron James is the most physically gifted player I have ever seen.  In terms of physical tools and all around game, he is probably on par or better than both Jordan and Kobe.  At first I doubt his mental toughness, especially after he chose to leave Cleveland.  During his time in Miami, he has gained confidence and demonstrated he is one of the best that ever played the game.  His Championship vs. Golden State record setting team solidified his legacy as one of the greatest players.  Time will tell how many Championships he will win.
